ATC.. ATC..

i really regretted that i threw away all of my npcc t-shirts. it's so stupid to do that. sigh.. anyway, the atc camp i went was fun mainly because i do not have any particular activity to do

anyway, since i can't take any activity, i went around helping out at the back-stage. things like taking photographs,

our new attire for the CI, maybe in the near future. the NPCC-Rambo style

the 4 grps

woodcutters

makeshift first-aider (helper to regular CI)

and lastly the bbq-man

Sai Kang Warriors rulez!

anyway, we didn't do anything much over there, except for doing the back-end stuff like preparing for the campfire. walk from campsites to another campsites. taking photos for memories because i think it's hard to really go in the next round.

so, had fun taking photo with a CI from my ally sch. BPGHS.

haha, JH and me

the layout of the campfire, but not the pit..

and oh, there was a bit snowing at our campfire area.

as we walk, to the left and we walk to the right, as we walk, as we walk, as we walk all nite.......

bbq session later.. but it's stupid.. coz not all ppl eat.. we felt drained of further more energy

and then some more rounds of phototaking.. with wei quan.. and we finally come to the campsite wearing the same shirt..! hmm, maybe different name. :p ahah

some talking cock here and there and then we gathered to sing Auld Lang Syne, and unit photo both formal and informal..

BPGHS CIs had more appearances in CGS informal photos compared to their unit own W/CIs

counting down

yo, the no. of days to thailand is getting nearer. 1st trip is this fri and 2nd trip will be on next fri. and i'm slotted at the 2nd trip.

hmm, the days where we woke up early to beat other resortel ppl, depriving their breakfast because we are damn BIG eater. and we got all the resortel ppl looking at us and our tables and, i think, they shook their heads! muahaha :p

whatever

this time round, i'm going to thailand with the full subdisy (travel w/o airport tax & accomodation) of SPF.

i'm so so damn excited! with the days of seeing the trans and thai girls. awww, how i wish i can spot some chinese gals over @ the Thai's capital. I'm deprived of it when i was in Phuket though it was a short 4 days.

well, i'm not sure whether it's a nice thing to recap, but i do wish, again, to watch the Naked Thai Girl show. and hopefully this time round, i will be a bit more proactive in entertaining them when being called upon on. :p haha

alrite.. mentioned abou the naked thai girl show, reminded me of one thing on monday after i got home..

I was so pleasantly shocked & surprised that there was a piece of jap porn DVD on my room's TV set. and my imagination came to this "Death Note". in that movie, a book was dropped to the earth by the God of Death from the sky, watever..

and i was like thinking this piece of DVD came down on the TV from the God of Porn from the sky. In "Death Note", whoever came in contact with the book, one will be able to see the God of Death. hmm, i was thinking whether i can see the lead actress when i picked up this DVD. haha

to sum up, i still can't figure how this DVD really came about in my room. it was pretty weird!

Monday Blues....

23th Oct (Monday)

Work today is ultra terrible. Monday, as everyone knows it's a Monday Blues, and plus the next day is a Public Holiday. working on that day is ultra difficult for me.

and everyone is on leave in my Branch, except for my head supervisor. anyway, still have to work lor..

got home after work, had dinner and then received a call from sun nu but a voice of my lao er. asking me whether wanna go out to clarke quay.. and i agreed since it's a non-working day on the next day.

and it takes me an hour to reach Clarke Quay.. so looonnnnggg..

and finally met up with my lao er and sun nu.. and after some search, we finally reached Eskibar; for a drink:

there was some misunderstanding with the 3 of us as i wanted to order "Blowjob" from the menu and both of them thought that i want the actual "Blowjob" -.-" haha

apart from that, there was a couple of jokes and fun ard there. where i splashed my lao er's drink onto her.. ehh.. paiseh for that..

this action is stupid, though my face is kinda red, but i'm still sober. i just wanna burn his butt and "grr" he is blocking my views, watching soccer :(

got myself a photo with one of the staffs.. haha :)

25th Oct

HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY BROTHER!

got this from mrbrown.com and introduced by my sun nu and i thought it was hilarious so share with everyone

A date with the nature

After a year of MIA in Ubin, Me and 3 of my NPCC mates made a trip there. and luckily it's on a sunny day. Weather there, Clear Sunny! yes, NO HAZE..

Suppose to meet up at Jetty at 9 am, but was kinda hold up due to some communication problem. Initally, planned to meet SH, but a last-min changed to meet WC as he told me he will be taking bus and i thought he will be taking bus all the way to Changi Village, therefore following him. But little did i realise that he actually went to Bugis, then change to mrt, then to bus and lastly to Changi Village.

haha, sorry buddy, made a wasted and unncessary trip for you.

nevertheless, the spirit is still there.

rent a new bike. brand new for $8 for like 4 hours. and it's very very cheap! hmm, from that experience, getting a new bike is not a very good news after all. because the seat is new and it's not seasoned. It means to say the seat is hard though it's a cushioned-seat. Cycling for 4 hours on it make my butt ache...... even till now. :'(

brand new bike.

First stop, as usual, NPCC Campsite.

and we found a snake that crept onto the 'N'. It looks so creepy.!!

Saw some familier faces and chatted over there while they were having this activity.

the only thing that i never touched in NPCC Campsite.

Continued to cycle and rested at a beach..

and i think this pic look so cute. 2 eyes and a nose, etc..

and lastly, the single-and-always-ready-available bachelors

had lunch at Changi Village hawker and went off for home. shagged..

Crash, Crash, Crash!

I had an unbelievable 2 days of "fun". As usual, i dun tell my parents about my leave days, and in order to let them believe that i am going out for work. i have to get up, leave at the usual time.

and so in order to kill my time, i decided to :

18th October 2006

left house at usual. i roamed around in the mrt station and it was a pretty weird sight. I think Singaporeans can cut out to be a good 100m runner. and the special thing is, any footwear will do; slipper, high-heels, shoes, etc. Upon seeing the time-to-station eDisplay, they started to run, dash, tap their ez-link, run up to the escalator and squeeze into the train. and i think it's less than 20 secs. haha.. interesting.

anyway, after i got bored, i started my Tour de _CK route. I boarded all the available loop bus services bus to kill time. My mum will left home at around 10+ am for work. and so i planned for the duration, so that the bus service i board will end around that time.

time's up, go home, had a quick bath, then go out to meet my sun nu for a lunch near to her workplace. and shortly to SIM for lecture crash!

i think university students are ultra friendly

the lecturer who is so ever-funny. and i dun feel tired attending his lect for 3 hours and in fact i understood some of the things he taught!

the common scene in the lecture hall - everyone is busy taking down notes and prob i am the only who is so carefree

i dun go crash for nothing. i also do pay attention and try to learn something or 2. : ))

we went for dinner with Raq and Sun Tian at Bt. Timah and we left for home after that.

20th October 2006

Arranged to meet with Sun Tian and Raq to crash his lecture. had breakfast, then, down to NUS, to attend lecture. eh, sorry ST, i couldn't tahan, i dropped dead.

and i thought the lect when i woke up, but to my dismay, it's still ongoing. omg, how long an Uni lecture can be. Zzzzz..

had lunch, with Shan Shan, then off we go to vivo city for a quick dinner before heading to Cine to watch Death Note.

entrance from the mrt

so, finally, i'm watching Death Note. and it's such a nice movie! with no ending YET. Grr~
anyway, the character L is one of the actors in "1 litre of tears". L is a prodigy, who just eats on sweet thing.

eh, sun nu, can i book you now for the 2nd part?

Yawn, it's tired.. see all of you in my dreams. nite

Revive

Ehhhh~, the j-drama has caught me. things like re-watching the some of the episode of 1 litre of tears.

searching high and low for the soundtracks, songs and lyrics. ehh.. "but i never download the soundtracks and songs uh" but still, u can drop me a msg where eto download the soundtracks! haha

had my first leave (for the purpose of clearing it), but was devoted to my family, so there isn't anything to talk about.

fri, back to work for half a day as we had in-service in the first half of the day, where we gain an insight of why Sars and Bird Flu will not stayed in long in Human's DNA. blah and talk by Asics on our foot-type.

ahh. it's so nice to go SPOM as my last visit was as a CI where the ceremony took place.

hmm, work , then go home. Went out with Bryan, Wee Chong and Shirong in the late night to watch The Departed. i think it's a boring show, and there's no catch point, personally for me.

and haha, return $ to me, pls..

Sat, stayed at home, and went out with the same grp of ppl, plus Selin for dinner at Great World City where i recommend this chicken soup.. and it's soooooo~ nice!!

and i had a main course which i think the serving is so less... unstatisfying for me..

Down to Holland V and settled down at TCC while watching soccer, and having chit chat and watching animal sex show..

Had this dog behind me who desperately approached the female dogs and trying to mate with her. the dog is big-sized and the desperation needs for the male dog was being tried hard by his 2 female owners to pull him back.

and they got into a 69 position when the 2 owners were doing other thing. and FYI, the pic above, is the 3rd dog the male (on the left) is attracted to.

anyway, apart from the dog, i ordered this choco-mint coffee with whipped cream for a drink and couple with a very sinful ice-cream

Chocolate Charlotte

Same thing on sunday, stayed at home then and was called out by Raq to go down with Sun Tian, Zhiwen, Raq, Shan Shan, Yu han, and Tiong. and once again, i met Ashley and i think that's the 3rd time i met her in orchard. in less than 6 months.

Thought i could skipped dinner when they were having, but under the strong pressure of FOOD, my stomach felt hungry and when we were at the Soya bean stall, i went to buy packed chicken rice, and had my Soya beancurd and drinks as well as you tiao at the same time.

ahhhh.. Heaven!

ehhh.. hmmmm.. i dun knwo why.. but i start to feel like i am having difficulties in interacting ppl in the 88's

1 Litre of Tears

First of all, like to thanks Timothy for introducing this J-drama "1 Litre of Tears" to me. It's a very touching movie and since it's based on a life story.

This dorama is about a girl who was diagnosed with a disease called Spinocerebellar Degeneration when she was 15 years old, and was able to continue her life until her death at the age of 25 years old.

The plot is based on the true story of a Japanese girl named Kito Aya, who had the same disease. She kept writing in her diary to remember her experiences until she could no longer hold a pen. Aya simply wished to live until the end of her life, and the purpose of writing in the diary was to remind herself to not give up. She shed tears many times, at the same time encompassed by the rich love and support from her family, friends, and boyfriend.

Her diary “1 Litre of Tears” was published after her death, because of its inspiring and courageous message of, “Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing.”

Watched 2 episodes so far, and indeed, it's very touching even right from the start. The genre of the movie isn't like GTO, Beach Boys. it's some real-life story, teaching u that the Sun you see the next day is a blessed thing.

i uploaded the theme song and i recommend u all to hear

and after reading so much, you will be thinking where to get the files? and here you go.. http://www.dramarific.com/1_litre_of_tears_main.html

Leave. Leave and more Leave

alrite, this is interesting, i feel like as if my ORD is nearing because i'm told to clear my leave. this is kinda sadist..

i've got 23 days of leave. 6 days of OFF and 101 hrs leave. and some of these had to be cleared by the end of the year.

this is my leave plan:

OCT:

12, 18, 19, 25, 26

NOV:

3 to 6 (i will be in thai for holiday trip). 7, 13, 17, 22, 29, 30

DEC:

5, 8, 19, 21, 22, 27

I have a habit of not telling my parents that i was on leave. but judging by the dates above, i must be a genius and god if i can conceal the truth. : (

so to bring forward to next CY. i have 21 days of leave, 1 OFF and some potential hours to claim.

and if anyone of you progamme on and it coincides with my leave dates, pls let me know as i dun want to stay at home.

--------------------------------------

enough of that. i'd just ordered mcdonald delivery. i know it's a sin. but in the end, the DEVIL inside me won over the ANGEL me. so i'm waiting to come at around 3 pm time. it's a rubbish price of $11.10.

--------------------------------------

received calls from Fei Yue counselling centre. i'm not being sent there for counselling but for voluntarily works. ya ya.. u all didn't see wrong! VOLUNTARILY work.. i thought i could contribute to ppl out there and + that i am so free after working hours. so why not?

and they asked me whether i am interested in a particualr voluntarily works.. which is to read ppl's blog. -.-"

i'm not sure who are the targetted audience but i guess i need to read out those ppl they counsel and to check whether they blogged, and if they do, to read whether they have any negative views in their point of life.. i guess that will be my job

anyway, it's still early to comment anything because i have yet to go down for a briefing

ehhhh.. this video

got this video from my cousin.. and i think this is very interesting.. so take a look..

got dizzy spell these few days, i guess i may have to sleep early.

good news seh.. i'm soon to be promoted in 9 days time, but i really think that i shouldn't be promoted based on my work performances. ya, not that i am humble. i know my performances shouldn't be promoted, nevertheless, my supervisors were gracious enough to recommend me. thanks a lot...

and the pay that comes along with the promotion?!! haha.. impressive. $250 increment. with the last 3 months of NS, an further $50 increment of allowance. and that excludes the meal allowance.

congrats to me : ))

lastly dun forget to watch the videos... and anotherr good news from me on the next entry..

Appreciation

Sometimes i think ah, why do i work so hard at work when ppl dun quite appreciate it?

they do not know that i have a lot of thing to work on. and i heard things like i'm not fast enough. or comments/remarks that imply i'm not completing my work fast enough.

well, i'm not out to prove anyone anyone. I'm doing things for the enlistees from prior the start of their enlistment till the day they ORD. I have to put all the things together for everything; 11B, promotion, their posting, regardless it's mass or loose, figures (numbers) to other ppl, sending ppl to medical board, send data to JOM, etc. update mass grp of ppl in database and the system for posting and promotion. doing all the paperwork prior and on the day of their enlistment; processing raw data to useful data format, rectify problems in the system, liase with vendor if neccessary. then collating the certificates and update to database for preparation for promotion. collate OCs' inputs and recommendation for posting. then while waiting for it, the HQ side is slow in updating me.

end of each month, monthly report, monthly release.

and if you think that's enough?, not quite. every little thing i did affect other ppl as well as external agencies / divisions. it's not just between me and my supervisor so simple. and that makes me more pressurize and i'm stress up and that made me do things a little bit slower.

then come misc. things. ppl from other branch, coming over to find the data because theirs computers are not install with those required softwares. and that takes time too.

no one knows.. really no knows.. they made such an irresponsible remarks w/o first, understanding the things i did and the ppl/agencies/divisions involved for my finished-work.

and when u finish reading the above thoughts from mine, and u start to feel that the person is U, then pls be a little bit more considerate and responsible when u said/imply sentences and remarks to me..

and the U simply refer to anyone.

thank you : )

and btw, i'm still not finished with my job scope yet. still got a handful of things that i didn't mentioned.. thank you once again for reading so long
