School.

School started for me since last week. I had been a good student so far, completing tutorials, rushing through the revision though it's late in the night (with the brain still functioning).

Tips on identify a good student (like me):-
  1. Going through the lecture and study notes every time while traveling to school.
  2. Staying back after the lecture for questions.
  3. Revising / Doing tutorial on the journey back to home
  4. Continue to do so even while at home late in the night.
Skipped a proper dinner every nite for classes, which spans mon to thur (yes, it's tiring). But my dinner in the late nite is this:

Just beans and brown rice.

Nonetheless, this topic isn't about my dinner but my school.

I have one lecturer who is an Associate Professor which i don't understand what he was trying to talk mainly because:-
  1. His extreme slang
  2. His assumption that we had foundation in this field.
  3. To side-talk from the main topic frequently
I remembered in one instances that he was talking cock, much to my frustration for an unreasonable side topic and i gave a reasonably loud snoring sound in the lecture hall, and everyone looked at me including the lecturer.

I guessed he knew what i meant. I'm not sure whether he knows that i was the one who did it. Since i am paying so much for school fees, i should be getting the right info that i should be getting.

BUT, i pretty much regretted of what i did because I think i had embarrassed him in front of so many students and after all he must have some X factor for him to be an associate professor.

Being a good student (like me), I still went up to him and asked him questions despite of what i did earlier to him.

Ok another topic away from this entry title, I spent $1778 on a Acer Desktop with 3 years warranty, giving away a free epson printer (that cost $178)and free monitor upgrade to 23" from the previous 22" wide screen LCD.

the bad thing is, i accidentally threw the system box away with the graphics card driver, etc. ZZZZ

On work wise, my boss called him and asked me to work next week, which is my LOA (Leave Of Absence) period until the end of my contract. He told me that there will be some kind of compensation which he needs to discuss with our project manager.

I guess there was no sincerity in this discussion as i thought it would have been the case where my boss had already discussed with my project manager of my compensation, which then pass me the compensation terms.

Since they are slow in all these despite my notification 2 months ago before the end of my contract that i am not renewing, then why am i putting in so much effort during my LOA? End of the story is, that i am not going to do anything for them.

Alright, that's the update so far.
