I might be a property tycoon controlling a very precious land in Holland V.

Yes, you didn't see wrongly, Holland V.

The chance came from my grandparents' generation. According to my parents, they were one of the few who actually lived there. The land was, of course, big and vacant and plenty of for everyone to share.

In the past, no one own the land, not even the govt, until one control it by rounding or fencing the area he/she wants.

Then my grandparents, being one of the few residents over there, did not actually make use of that chance to grab the land over there.

So when the govt plans to develop the area, they just stormed in and grab the area. getting the free land and buy the plot of land where residents fenced up.
