Police Carnival and World Cup

this is interesting both happy incidents fall on the same day. Why?

Police carnival and World Cup kicks off today. Since i was FORCED to buy the coupon, so i have to go to those stalls and spent the $10.

ok, this is kinda messy, too a lot of thing in my mind and i dun know where i should be starting. maybe we can start from the morning.

went to work by bus, it stopped at a bus stop where J has to board. but upon seeing the fully-packed passengers, i could actually see his mouth mumbling something. must be cursing the crowd of the passengers. well, i think his expressions were funny.

alrite, started work then had meeting an hour later about enlistment and it's floor plan layout. so here u go:
