Monthly Revived! F***!
Ok, the once-in-a-month thing came on my mother and she is flaring up again. Obviously, for no reason. I'm going to skip house more these weeks. I'm not interested in what she want to say. I dun feel like going home.
I dun know what happen to my twin, probably she wants a stop to all these. So, over here, on my side, i assume it is and i will also put a stop to it as well. No bad feeling anyway. :)
A few updates.
I dun think i am cut out to be in the job that i am currently in now. I wanna out but at the same time, I am quite worry as well as I do not have very much working experiences. Whatever it is, I intend to work until to the end of the contract and change job if need be. Probably I would also be going to study too. Whatever it is, I am not happy with my work there.
Surfed the People's Association Website the day before (saturday), intending to book a course for 10th apr but to my pleasant surprise, I happen to see a class slot that falls on sunday (which is the next day). Well, I know there isn't anyone who will join so i am not asking anyone there i go, joined the class despite the last minute knowledge.
I also signed up for PA membership with $10 for 3 years. Anyone who wishes to get discount, kindly notify me.
Back to the thai lesson. It was quite pretty interesting that I met the teacher back in JE bus interchange. She's like a typical singaporean with a chinese look. She doesn't seem like a thai to me. She knows mandarin, a little bit of hokkien, english, thai, and french. I might practice with her of my french when we are more familier, as you know thai people are generally friendly.
Off hand, yes it is. taking up this language was partly influenced by the histories (for those who knows) and i was thinking of learning other 'realistic' language (no disrespect here), but i thought since i had somehow made myself known to thai, why dun i strengthen it. And so, i decided to take up thai despite the last minute notification. 2nd reason is that, being out of classroom for so long, I am trying to accustom myself so in time to come when my uni class starts, i'm able to take off, for at least, smoothly. You see, i'm a slow learner. And the society is harsh and they dun care whether you are a fast or slow learner. So that's it.
1st lesson was cool though i was in a Beginner 2 class, but luckily, i was able to catch up quite well.. (for now). And we were made to sing song!! Haha. it was kind of fun. But language needs to practice constantly.
My phonetics is better now, after all, we spent 1 hour to pronounce. So, hopefully, this is a good start and all the way for me to learn thai.
I recorded the session throughout and hopefully that serves as a revision as well.
