Conspiracy or slow?

Of the recent drama of Toilet Break from Whitley Road Detention Centre, if one is to analyse deeper of the development made so far, the rescue operation might not seem what it is suppose to be.

Let me explain.

1st of all. They took 4 hours to notify singaporean that a detainee had escaped. I really wonder do they really need that long time to search for him? If he did escape away, i think at most u need 1.5 to 2 hours to confirm that. Is he so stupid that he would stay in the detention centre knowing that the Police will lock the the whole place and then making himself no chance of escaping?

2nd. According to the news, the K9 (dog unit) was sent in for assistance some 4 days after he escaped. Prior to that, there were rains in that area. If the police said that they "spare no effort" in searching for him, may i know why K9 unit was so late to involve in this manhunt and the rain water might have also drained the scent away making him easier way to prevent detection from the dogs.

3th. One week later, the Police then informed the members of the public that the limping was only visible when walking briskly or running. Who knows that he happen to past by us with a good chance of prevent that attention because we are looking out for a very obvious limping.

4th. Same day as the above mentioned argument that members of the public were informed that he actually had other clothing that was taken away in the detention centre. So it seemed like from that, i conclude that the security were actually very slack as he had the time to take his personal clothing. And also that the police were very very inefficent considering that they need to work 24 hrs a day (spare no effort to capture him, remember? Thus working 24 hrs a day) to inform us that he had another set of clothing with him.

Now, piecing up all the above 4 points, I am seriously wondering if the Singapore Govt & the SPF is covering up anything or is there any conspiracy involved?

(My guess is he will most likely be dead when he is found. In short, he will never capture alive via what the state media reports.) Statement in bracket is a personal comment on this matter therefore is not liable for any responsibilities that come with it. Message is to the Singapore Govt, Singapore Police Force as well as the members of the public of all countries.

Or is the Singapore Police Force is reacting very very slow in providing the right information to the public to assist in the capture.
